Lizard- Final and a holiday resolution

Decided to call it quits on the lizard study.

I have a little bit of time off from work for the holidays so I'm using it to focus more on my artwork.  By the second my goal is to have completed 20 more pages in my sketchbook and colored 10 different pictures.  For the colored pieces, they don't have to be finished illustrations (although I do want to have 1 or 2 finished); they can be quick paints in Photoshop or with traditional media.

This may be a tall order for me but if it gets me working, hey, I'll take it.

I'm going to count this lizard as my first colored piece.  I also drew 2 pages.  It's a start!

Sketch Pages 649-651

Wow, I've been doing these daily sketches for over two years now.  Huh.  I began them on August 9th 2010. I feel proud but I also know that I should have waaaaaaay more pages finished than I have now.  Ah well, I don't think I would have drawn so much if it weren't for this blog.

Sketch Pages 536-539

Oh boy, I have a lot of catching up to do to reach my goal of completing at least 31 pages this month.

I'd like to color the Tapawingo lizard above and the dragon below when I have the time.  Oh and FINALLY make a new sketchbook cover.  I'm about 37 pages into this sketchbook and I still dont know what to do for the cover. :\

Daily Sketch Page 19- LizARRd

So I forgot to put up my daily sketches for the past few days (months). It's the thought that counts right? :D

Yesterday's daily sketch was Lizards! I want to work more on my dragon story so I need me some reference. Oh and I drew part of the Hawthorne bridge and some bug-things. I like bug-things.
